XeplosionGames

Indie game development organization building and publishing video games. We manage our own infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and web presence to support our games and community.


What we build

  • Video games — developed in MonoGame / .NET
  • Web presence — sites and community tools supporting our games
  • Infrastructure — self-hosted CI/CD, server management, and deployment pipelines

How we work

All development happens in this org. We use a self-hosted Forgejo instance for source control and CI/CD, with automated deployment pipelines across our server infrastructure.

Repo templates, shared workflows, org conventions, and label definitions are maintained in .forgejo and distributed automatically to all repos.
